Better together

The generous support of donors, sponsors, and members make it possible for us to share the experiences and the stories of aviation and space flight – from the Wright Flyer to the one-of-a-kind Flying Pancake; the Apollo VII spacecraft, 20 historical galleries, and over 35,000 artifacts; the Living History program and our acclaimed STEM education program. Ours is the perfect place to explore the history and progress of aviation as mankind continues to pursue going higher, faster and farther.
As a private nonprofit, the Frontiers of Flight Museum depends solely on admission revenue, donations and rental income. Your support allows us to:
  • Inspire future generations through compelling exhibitions that engage, educate, and inspire thousands of annual visitors.
  • Present free programming highlighting living aviation and space pioneers.
  • Motivate young people to learn through hands-on, multi-exposure STEM programs and consider aviation and space exploration as viable careers.
  • Preserve historic aviation treasures and space artifacts.
  • Continue to be the premier aviation and space history repository in North Texas.

The Aerospace-STEM Initiative (ASI), originally launched in 2015, targets both girls and boys, grades PK-12th, in Title I schools in Dallas County. Through this initiative, the Museum can offer classroom, auditorium, planetarium, and special programs at no cost to Title I schools. The Museum's annual goal is to reach 52,000 North Texas students in 2024.

In loving memory of the Museum’s Co-founder, Jan Collmer (1934-2015), the Jan Collmer Education Fund supports the Frontiers of Flight Museum’s extensive education programs, provides scholarships, education tours and outreach programs, and enables under-served children an opportunity to participate in STEM enrichment programs.
Become the exclusive sponsor for a full year with a tax-deductible gift of $10,000 for our featured planes or $5,000 for the other aircraft in the collection. Every year, the Museum holds a spectacular fundraising gala to honor aviation heroes, celebrate milestones in space exploration and science, and recognize leaders who transformed the Museum to further its mission "to engage, educate and inspire" new generations about the awesomeness of aviation and space flight.
