Our STEM Career Day(s) field trip registration is at capacity and now closed! If you are unable to join us in-person, we have our virtual career talk registration now open! All schools are invited to participate and must fill out our form by October 25th. The virtual career talk is scheduled for Wednesday, November 2nd at 1:45PM CDT.

NASA JPL's - Steven Lee

Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 1:45PM CDT

Steve works at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA as the Deputy Project Manager for the Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover and Ingenuity Helicopter. Previously, he served as the Flight System Manager for the Mars Sample Return Lander, Flight System Manager for the Europa Lander pre-project, Deputy Project Manager for the Curiosity Mars Science Laboratory, and various leadership roles on the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, Hubble Space Telescope, International Space Station, and Space Shuttle projects at JPL, Lockheed-Martin, and Honeywell. He holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Minnesota and a master’s in electrical engineering from the University of South Florida.
