In recognition of this year’s International Women’s Day, The Women’s Network of the Frontiers of Flight Museum is proud to present decorated US Army Black Hawk Helicopter Pilot Elizabeth McCormick as the featured speaker for our Women in STEM Luncheon supporting our Youth STEM Initiative.
“We are proud to present one of our very own Women’s Network Founding Members, Elizabeth McCormick to share her vast experience as an aviator, soldier and motivational speaker,” says Women’s Network Founding Member and Museum Board Member Suzy Fulton.
Elizabeth McCormick flew air assault, command and control, top-secret intelligence missions, and transported high-level government VIPs. She is transitioning from her military service to corporate management with an exemplary business background including being an international contract negotiator and commodity manager in purchasing and supply chain for global corporations. Elizabeth is now shattering the glass ceiling as an in-demand Motivational Keynote Speaker and Leadership Specialist: currently #5 on the list of “Leadership Experts to Follow Online.”
On behalf of the Women’s Network, I invite you to celebrate the accomplishments of women in STEM-related fields by supporting our Women In STEM Luncheon Thursday, March 12th at 12 noon. Proceeds will further the Museum’s Youth STEM Initiative, which includes opportunities for young women to flourish in aviation, space exploration, and all STEM careers. We serve nearly 45,000 children every year with STEM education programs.
