Outreach (at-your-campus) Request Form

To request program dates, please read thoroughly and fill out this form.

We require a minimum of two weeks, advance notice, before your preferred program date. If your requested date is less than two weeks away, please contact the Education Department at education@flightmuseum.com or 214-699-4620 to see if we have room to schedule you on short notice.

Please allow up to 2 business days for email confirmation.

In-Person Educator(s) At-Your-Campus

In-Person Classroom (maximum of 35 students/program; max of 6 total programs)

In-Person Auditorium (maximum of 200 students/program; max of 6 total programs)

SPOC Planetarium Dome  (max of 30 students/program)

STEM Nights At-Your-Campus (in-person only)

SPOC only $500 (3 hour max)
Full STEM Night: SPOC + 4 activities $750 (3 hour max; requires school provided adult volunteers)

Travel Fees

Travel fees only incur when your campus is over 30 miles away from the Museum. See below for additional costs that may be applied to your campus.
31 - 45 miles +$35
46 - 60 miles +$65
61 - 75 miles +$95

Financial Aid
