Outreach Request Form

To request program dates, please read thoroughly and fill out this form.

We require a minimum of two weeks, advance notice, before your preferred program date. If your requested date is less than two weeks away, please contact the Education Department at education@flightmuseum.com or 214-699-4619 to see if we have room to schedule you on short notice.

Please allow up to 3 business days for email confirmation.

In-Person Educator(s) at your campus

In-Person Classroom (maximum of 35 students/program)

1-2 programs $200
Additional Programs +$80/program
In-Person Auditorium (maximum of 200 students/program)
1st Program $250
Additional Programs +$200/program

STEM Nights at your campus (in-person only)

SPOC only $300 (3 hour max)
SPOC + activity $375 (3 hour max)
Full STEM Night: SPOC + activities $550 (3 hour max; requires school provided adult volunteers)

Virtual Options

Classroom Style (max of 35 students/program) $100/program
Auditorium Style (max of 475 students/program) $400/program

Financial Aid

To inquire about funds to help offset the cost of your field trip, outreach, or virtual program, email our Education Department after filling out a request form.
